Payment conditions

When the payment option is by transfer or card:

The order will be formalized upon receipt of payment confirmation. 

When the payment option is cash:

Payment will be made in cash when picking up the order.

Shipping Conditions

If all the products of the order are in stock, the order is prepared and delivered to the carrier in 1 or 2 business days.

For products that are not in stock, the service time will be the one indicated on the product page when placing the order, usually between one and two weeks.

In the event that one of the products is not in stock, the shipment will be made as a whole when they are all available.

When the shipping option is 'GLS':

Once the order is in the hands of the carrier:

• Deliveries in Spain are made in the next 24-48 hours on business days.
• For the rest of Europe, delivery takes place between 4-7 business days.

In all cases, SHIPPING COSTS are paid by the customer.

When the shipping option is 'Personal':

The order is picked up personally by the customer in LikeCamper, or by his carrier. In this case, we communicate the date from which the order is available to deliver, and we agree on a collection day. If the order is not picked up on the agreed date, without prior request for postponement, and payment has not yet been made, the items come into stock and we cannot guarantee their availability.
